Message	you are talking about which is measured at the crank before the loss through the drivetrain. So to answer your question, no you car is not making 300rwhp if it is stock, probably closer to 245rwhp. They basically did the first two "Stages" and an ECU upgrade will put them around 325rwhp, 400 "HP" for your NOOB brain.
